Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. We will send you an automated email message confirming your order within 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order by clicking on Order History at the top right of the site. You can also find your order history under My Account at the top right of the site. If you cannot find the status of your order on the site or have additional questions, please contact Customer Service at bskinner@shamrockcompanies.net.

When will my order ship?

All apparel items are made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days.

How do I return an item?

All sales are final with the exception of defective merchandise or incorrect item(s) shipped. Made-to-order apparel cannot be exchanged or returned. Please fill out the Contact Us form for defective, damaged or incorrect items. One of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
