How do I check the status of my order?

Please contact Customer Service at elangermeier@shamrockcompanies.net. We will provide you with the anticipated delivery date, tracking numbers and carrier information. Please make sure to reference your order number when inquiring.

When will my order ship?

All apparel items are made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days.

How do I return an item?

All sales are final with the exception of defective merchandise or incorrect item(s) shipped. Made-to-order apparel cannot be exchanged or returned. Please fill out the Contact Us form for defective, damaged or incorrect items. One of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
